Got your (HR Quick Tips) newsletter last week and thought it was very timely! My company is actually implementing a new policy to have more people work from home. The training department has been sort of the "pilot" for awhile now but it's going to be company-wide soon. I have a key-fob as well and find that I get more work done when I work from home. No interruptions, no phones ringing and no-one asking silly questions!
