Your Time is Important – Before Submitting, Please Review the Following Submission Guidelines
- In the interest of providing my website visitors with pertinent information that will assist them with their employee hiring and management goals, I am not able to accept company press releases or articles with a product sales focus.
- In order to preserve the quality of the information provided on the site, articles must be unique, original articles that have not been posted on any other website. We use Copyscape to ensure that articles are original. The style and tone of the article is important. We do not accept articles that have typos, grammatical errors, or are confusing or rambling in tone.
- We don’t accept articles that do not pertain to employee hiring, employee management. Please take the time to review the site before submitting articles to be sure that you understand the tone of the articles on the website.
- We don’t accept articles with links in the body of the article, or links that lead to a sales page, or other inappropriate web pages in the bio.
- In order to maintain the quality of the website, articles that meet most criteria may not be approved if the link back requested does not compliment this website, is a direct competitor of this website, or is inappropriate in any way.
- We do allow submitters to include a short by-line, (name, title, company and web address– one link only) which will appear on the site if the article is accepted.
- Easy Small Business HR reserves the right to add affiliate links to articles submitted to the website.
- Acceptance and submission of your article to the Easy Small Business HR site means that you allow us to reproduce the article in other forms, (email to our client list, special reports, blogs, podcasts, etc). If your article is used in these forms, your by-line will be included.
- As the website continues to grow in popularity and page rank, we are receiving more requests for guest posts. Due to the volume, we cannot respond with detailed reasons as to why your article was not accepted. If it was not accepted, it is because the article did not meet all of the criteria indicated for submission.

Procedure For Article Submissions/Guest Blogging
*Please cut and paste your article within the email, (no attachments due to spam/virus issues), and include your name, contact information and web address if applicable and send to:
SubmitArticles@EasySmallBusinessHR.com
*Include in the Subject Line: “Article Submitted for Review” and the article title. Remember, we will not be able to open attachments so please cut and paste your article within the email. Articles should not be more than 500 words in length. Please include a short bio, (no longer than 100 words), with one link back to your website in your submission. Feel free to include a royalty free image.
*After review of your article, we will let you know whether or not your article will be submitted to the site based on whether the content is original, unique, and well written. We do not accept duplicate articles posted on other websites. Articles must be pertinent to our website users at the time of the submission.
